Gray Area Thinking Workshop
We’ve all heard the phrase, “inclusion”, but what does it actually mean to make an organization or even our personal lives more inclusive? How can we get beyond grouping and labeling of other humans according to the color of their skin, the religion they practice, their political views, or the country in which they were born? Can we really build a just and inclusive world, especially in this time of such division?
Even more, how can we make our organizations and lives more inclusive of those who are “Other” and different from “us?” Isn’t it time to at least consider a new approach to human inclusivity—where all humans regardless of differences are valued?
Join national speaker, transgender writer and “human inclusionist” Ellen “Ellie” Krug as she talks about organizational culture and culture change and conducts her highly valued human inclusivity training, Gray Area Thinking ® . This workshop will provide an easy-to-understand toolset on how to be more welcoming of anyone who is “Other” in our society.

Dr. Ron Holt Book Presentation and Q&A
Dr. Ron Holt will be coming from San Francisco to present his book “Pride: You Can’t Heal if You’re Hiding From Yourself” and having a Q&A and book signing after.
Dr. Ron Holt is passionate about issues relevant to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, and Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ) communities and is a leader in the LGBTQ happiness and mental health world. He travels the country sharing his story and presenting on LGBTQIA+ mental health issues.

The Created Concert is a welcoming, generous event bringing together UNL's campus and the broader community. Through music and fellowship, this annual concert demonstrates open and affirming faith, especially for the LGBTQIA+ community. Star City Chorus Brunch with the Stars
Join Star City Chorus for their annual fundraiser concert. This will be a morning full of solos, duets, small groups, and choral music. There will be a silent auction where all funds go back to the choir. Brunch will be provided. Tickets are $15 at the door.

Unitarian Church of Lincoln’s LGBTIA+ Welcoming Committee invites you to join us for our Be Our Guest - Come As You Are Dinner on Friday November 28th at 5:30 pm, The meal will be a catered dinner, just join us! Children are welcome!
